Human movement, collected and described.
Movement is everywhere — and everywhere it's a beautiful mess. Thousands of exercises, drills, and variations scattered across notebooks, videos, courses, and memory, each named differently by everyone who teaches it. Finding the right one, at the right moment, is harder than it should be.
Leksykon is our answer: a living library of human movement, organized as a system. Every exercise is filmed, described, and placed in a clear classification — so you can navigate movement the way you'd navigate a dictionary. Not an endless feed, but a structure you can actually think in.
Built from practitioners, for practitioners. Leksykon is created by people who coach, treat, and train for a living — physiotherapists, movement coaches, and sports professionals. Every entry reflects real practice, not theory for its own sake.
Who it's for:
- Individuals building their own practice and understanding.
- Clinics and sports organizations who need a shared, reliable movement reference for their teams and clients.
What we believe:
- Clarity over volume. A well-described exercise beats a hundred unlabeled clips.
- Structure is a feature. Good classification is what turns a pile of videos into knowledge.
- It grows with the field. The library expands as practitioners contribute — Leksykon gets richer over time.
