An integrative collection that moves beyond one single philosophy, training system, context, culture, bubble, fitness trend, sport or injury guidelines.
Essential practices gathered in one place and designed to support a better understanding of human movement science, health, and performance.
LEKSYKON is integrative exercise categorisation model designed for problem solving solutions: moving from simple to complex, easy to difficult, static to dynamic, and closed to open.
A library of methods organised around everyday and athletic demands, designed to help you choose the right set of interventions based on the person's needs—not to lock yourself inside one predefined method or training ideology.
Meet the creators of the Leksykon, who share carefully curated collections of practices and methodologies from top sports clubs, performance centers and sports clinics. Learn from professionals and develop the ability to skillfully combine the full scope of training methods into cohesive training solutions, breaking away from monotony and from overly technical, superficial approaches to physical development and sports performance.
